This system is the action plan for the commitments made in our Fluid Life Quality Policy. This quality assurance initiative has been certified as meeting the latest ISO 9001:2000 standard by the QMI Management Systems Registration(Registration# 0009701). Certification covers laboratory services, sale of filtration products and sample bottles, and consulting services. Our quality program includes the following practices:

  • Regular calibration checks on all equipment.
  • Use of ASTM modified methods wherever possible.
  • Human eye review of all sample data.
  • Regular and random testing of standard samples.
  • Statistically tracking results to determine whether the testing processes are stable under control.
  • Continuously improving the control limits of all test processes.
  • Participation in third party quality assurance programs including the
    International Quality Assurance Exchange Program.
  • Ongoing staff training and development.
