Directions for Accessing WinRoast® Secure Downloads Page
Download Set-Up
- Use your Remote Name and Current Password if you have changed it from the default or use your Remote Name and Serial Number as a Username/Password to access our WinRoast® Secure Downloads Page.
- You can find your Remote Name and Serial Number in WinRoast® by selecting 'Preferences' from the File Menu and looking on the General tab.
- If you have never purchased WinRoast® before, you will need access information issued by Fluid Life to gain access to the secure downloads area. Please contact WinRoast® Support, toll free at 1-877-962-2400.
Directions
- Go to File\Preference
- Look on the General Tab
- When entering the secure downloads area, case is important so type the values exactly as they appear in WinRoast®.
- The first time you sign in you should change your password, there is a link on the bottom of the page that allows you to do this.
