What sample kit should I use?
Based on the type of fluid analysis you are requiring and the type of fluid you are sending into the lab, Fluid Life has simplified your sampling requirements for the following;
Sample Card Completion Procedure
Please fill out all sampling cards submitted with samples as completely as possible. If the information is complete, your sample will be processed in the shortest amount of time.
- Please identify sample points consistently.
- If more than one employee is taking samples on the same component that information should be shared to prevent components and sample points from being improperly renamed or prevent changes in reference information for that component.
- All samples must have at least the following 3 clearly printed on every sample card submitted for testing. (Unit Number, component type and site location).
- Please supply the serial number of the component whenever possible.
- After the card has been completely filled out please retain the tear off copy for your records and return the original copy with your sample.

Shipping Information
Fluid Life offers an easy and convenient way of getting your samples to one of our labs.
- Fluid Life offers prepaid mailers for delivery to one of our labs within 1-2 days
- Customers can use the courier or shipping method of their choice. When shipping dangerous materials (Fuels), please contact your shipping provider for the stipulations and regulations of that shipping company.
Samples can be couriered or shipped to one of our three locations.
