About myLab
You can use myLab to browse your sample results and print and graph oil analysis reports. With myLab you don't lose the easy to read, color coded analysis reports Fluid Life pioneered. myLab provides both an easy to read report for your web browser and Adobe Acrobat versions of the same analysis reports you already get from Fluid Life (including the graphs).

Users with myLab subscriptions are able to:
  • register and track samples.
  • create, modify and manipulate their equipment data.
  • retrieve problem summary reports of new and recent sample results.
  • set sample schedules and get email reminders.
  • add and modify their own default trend graphs.
  • print equipment lists, lube suveys and summary sample volume reports.

myLab Security
We care about the security of your valuable oil analysis data. myLab uses state of the art security for the protection of your data:

  • 128 bit SSL encryption (domestic web browsers) is used throughout the myLab site starting with the next page (the signin page). Your data and personal information is never transmitted over the Internet in readable form.
  • myLab only uses html, javascript and one or two java applets. There are no ActiveX controls or software to download and run natively on your computers other than your java enabled web browser and Adobe Acrobat Viewer.
  • Fluid Life's servers are managed by in house professional computer engineers and are protected by commercial fire walls.
  • Your oil analysis data is stored on modern Unix servers with redundant hard drive arrays and large uninterruptable power supplies. Fluid Life's database of oil analysis results contains over one and a half million samples and dates back to 1980.
  • Nightly backups of all data are made onto high quality tape.
