Fluid Life will email you notice of new results becoming available to you on myLab. To sign up, simply go to Users & Passwords, select your account or go to User Info, and then check the 'Email Notice of Results' check box and select an email format. We can send you a simple notice of new results (good if you have email on your cell phone), or links to the results or the PDF reports of the results.
Both of our Fluid Life locations do all microscope photography in digital. Filter analysis photographs are also now available. In myLab you can see and print any sediment, ISO, and ferrography photographs. As the printable report includes a large amount of image data (only if photographs are taken) please allow a few extra seconds for the printable report to be generated.
Fluid Life's myLab makes sampling and document control easy. With a myLab subscription you can now register samples with the lab, track sample status as they are analyzed, add, edit, move, merge and delete equipment, access problem summary reports and much more. Searching ability has been improved and customers can search for equipment by : customer, unit id, location, fuel, coolant, serial no., manufacturer, and model) or search for samples using lab tracking numbers or customer's personal tracking number.
Customers can also create and manage extra accounts that can access your myLab system as well as control who has permissions to modify information. myLab is available on-line and you can use it to browse your sample results and print oil analysis reports. Using the sample scheduling feature subscribers can also print a report showing samples that are due.
