Provides a complete unbiased on-site audit of all lubricated equipment (oil & grease). This audit will review the following areas:
- Purchasing (How/Who/Supplier(s), etc.)
- Receiving (QC, Inspections of new product received etc.)
- Bulk Oil & Grease Storage Facilities
- Package Storage (Drums, pails, etc.)
- Product transfer practices from storage to equipment
- Filtration carts, oil fill containers
- Overall Contamination Control
- Top up and re-fill practices and techniques
- Contamination Exclusion devices (air breathers)
- Review all oil and grease lubricated equipment and recommend appropriate lubricant product
- Identify alternate lube/grease products to maximize cost benefits and equipment reliability
- Re-greasing techniques and program
- Recommend re-greasing schedule and quantity
- Opportunities to reduce/consolidate lubricant products
