1. Ordering Sampling Kits
Sample kits are typically
sold in packages of ten.
Each sample kit includes:
- leak resistant black outer mailer bottle with Fluid Life address.
- sterile white test sample bottle.
- sample card for sample information and customer contact information.
- testing and analysis of the sample itself.
Additional testing can be requested through WinRoast®,
myLab or on a additional test order form provided
for those customers without electronic access.

2. Sample Card Procedures and Referencing Information
For those customers not choosing a paperless analysis data management system such as
WinRoast® or myLab,
The Fluid Life Corporation urges new customers to become familiar with procedures to
properly fill out the sample cards that are submitted with your samples. Sample cards sent with
sufficient referencing information will result in your samples being tested and processed in the
least amount of time.

3. Shipping Samples to the Lab
Sending samples to the lab is the customer's responsibility.
For your convenience, Fluid Life sells prepaid mailers that
are available with next day delivery. Depending on your location,
your samples are then delivered to one of our labs across
Canada.
Customers in Western Canada ship their samples to Edmonton, customers
in Central and Atlantic Canada ship their samples to Brantford.

4. Turnaround of Results
Fluid Life labs provide results for routine analysis the next
business day after receiving the sample (11:00 am cut off).
Advanced analysis
results can take up to one week before results are completed.
5. Data Retrieval
Fluid Life is capable of sending you results via email,
myLab, fax, or our WinRoast® software.
Our website and email service is a free alternative to receiving
reports by mail or fax.
