Procedures For Quick and Easy Course Registration

Online Registration Form 

1. Select the course(s) of your choice by clicking on the check box(es).
2. Make note of the total in the "Your Total" box.
3. Fill out the Registrant Information section as completely as possible.
4. Choose your payment option and supply credit card info or P.O. number.
5. Click the "Submit Request" button to send the information to Fluid Life.
6. Those registering for the WinRoast; and/or Coolant Analysis seminar, in addition to the 3-day seminar, will also have these course materials loaded onto the iPad.

Daily Seminar Schedule

7:30am – Continental Breakfast is served
8:00am – Seminar begins
4:30pm – Seminar ends

The seminar also includes lunch as well as morning and afternoon breaks.

Payment Options:

Please select your preferred method of payment and enter the appropriate information below. You can pay by credit card or purchase order. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be billed immediately upon registration. If you choose to pay by purchase order, payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of invoice.

Cancellation Policy: All refunds for cancellations are subject to a fee equal to
15% of the seminar cost. Cancellations made within 2 weeks prior to a seminar will
be refunded 50% of the seminar cost. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or
same-day cancellations.
