Sample Kit

Sample kits are typically sold in packages of ten. Each sample kit includes:

  1. Leak resistant black outer mailer bottle with Fluid Life address.
  2. Sterile white test sample bottle with QR code on label.
  3. Sample cards for sample information and customer contact information (if ordered).
  4. Testing and analysis of the sample itself.

CREDIT CARD PURCHASES

Effective October 10, 2022, customers paying by credit card will be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be shown on your final invoice. Should you choose not to pay via credit card, Fluid Life also accepts cheque, EFT, ACH transfer, and wire payments.
