Ordering Sampling Supplies

Sample kits are typically sold in packages of ten. Each sample kit includes:

Leak resistant white outer mailer bag with Fluid Life address.
Sterile white test sample bottle with QR code on label.
Testing and analysis of the sample itself.

Note: Preprinted paper sample cards are being migrated to sample cards which are preprinted on the outer white mailer bag. If you wish to print a card, click here.

Credit Card Purchases

Please note that effective January 1, 2025, customers paying by credit card will be subject to a 4.25% credit card processing fee. This fee will be shown on your final invoice. Should you choose not to pay via credit card, Fluid Life also accepts cheque, EFT, ACH transfer, and wire payments. Contact the Order Desk or your Account Manager at 877-962-2400 to make a purchase using these alternate payment methods.
