Sample Packaging Update July 2025
Sample kits are typically sold in packages of ten. Each sample kit includes:
- Leak resistant standard white outer mailer bag.
- Sterile white test sample bottle with QR code on label.
- Testing and analysis of the sample itself.
Standard Outer Bag
The standard outer mail bag looks like this:

Sample registration would be done electronically utilizing the myLab mobile app or via the myLab web portal.
Sample Bag with Card
Fluid Life preprinted paper sample cards are being phased out in Q3 2025. For any customers who currently receive Fluid Life sample cards, they will be migrated over to sample cards preprinted on the outer white mailer bag (see image below). For new customers who wish to include sample cards with their kits (upon request only), they will receive the sample card outer sample bag version. Otherwise, new customers will receive the Standard Fluid Life outer sample bag.

If you wish to use a paper card, you can print out a PDF here.
