ByFluid Life
The combination of oil analysis and Fluid Life CARE Services support the early detection of maintenance issues before they lead to costly repairs, unplanned downtime or, worst case, complete failures.
Overview
In the Mining Haul Trucks Condition Monitoring / Fluid Analysis case study, learn how the Fluid Life CARE team provided high value consultative to support to a large mining customer through:
- Careful monitoring of oil samples for three electric motor mining haul trucks;
- Collaboration with maintenance and support teams;
- Inputting of work order notifications; and
- ongoing follow up till the issues were resolved.
The end results were no in-field failures and minimal downtime for these three essential units.
